Camp Collective: A 3-Night Women’s Leadership Retreat in the Adirondacks
Women from across upstate New York are invited to join Camp Collective, a 3-night all-inclusive women’s leadership retreat hosted by The Collective by CNY Women’s Network, taking place September 11–14, 2025.
set at the historic Great Camp Sagamore in the adirondacks, the retreat blends hands-on leadership and self growth workshops with classic camp fun like paddling, hiking, and fireside chats. It’s a special chance to step away from everyday demands, invest in your personal and professional growth, and build deep, meaningful connections.

Hosted at the historic Great Camp Sagamore, our 3-night retreat offers a rare opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and lean into something slower and wildly fulfilling.
We'll kick things off on Thursday with a welcome dinner at the dining hall overlooking Sagamore Lake followed by a mixer and panel discussion featuring guest speakers.
Friday is our exclusive Community Day just for our campers, a full day of leadership and personal-growth workshops, plus connection-driven camp experiences including, an optional sunrise paddle on raquette lake.
on Saturday and Sunday, we’ll join the official Women in the Woods retreat, where we’ll have access to nature-based programming, meaningful rest, and a one-of-a-kind Adirondack experience.
