We’re moving away from traditional panels in favor of more conversation.
Instead of watching women who inspire you speak from a stage, you'll be sitting at a table with them.
This means more small group conversations.
Plus, new this year: one-on-one speed mentoring with women leaders across industries.
The Summit has a new home at the Marriott Syracuse Downtown.
It’s where we’ve hosted our annual CNY Women’s Market from the very beginning.
And for the first time, we’re bringing the whole weekend under one roof.

At the 2026 CNY Women’s Summit, we started something new: the Inspiring Woman Award.
Created by the CNY Women’s Network, this annual award honors one Central New York woman who leads with courage and vision while creating space for other women to rise.
we were honored to name Lisa Marie Newcomb as the recipient of the 2026 award.
Through her work with Thrive in Healing and the Syracuse Yoga Collective, Lisa marie creates spaces for rest, healing, and connection.

“The first CNY Women’s Summit I attended was honestly a little intimidating; in a good way. It was my first event since having my second daughter, and I intentionally went by myself because I wanted to step outside of my comfort zone and do something that was just for me.
I remember leaving the house after a morning of Bluey and Ms. Rachel and walking into a room full of women I didn’t know. I was nervous, but I left feeling so inspired by the speakers, the conversations, and the women I met.
