introducing: the Inspiring Woman Award

In honor of our 5th Annual CNY Women's Summit, we are proud to introduce something new this year: The Inspiring Woman Award.

This award will be presented annually by the cny women’s network to honor one woman who is unapologetically herself, who leads with courage and vision, and who creates space for other women to be seen, heard, and celebrated.

And we need your help finding her.

We're looking for a woman who:

  • Uses her voice to inspire change

  • Leads with vision and courage

  • Shows up boldly in spaces where women are often told to shrink

  • Creates impact through authenticity, leadership, and presence

  • Inspires other women to step into their power and visibility

  • Makes a difference simply by being herself

The 2026 Inspiring Woman Award recipient will receive:

Nominations are open now through Friday, March 20, 2026. The recipient will be announced live at the 5th CNY Women's Summit on March 27 at The Oncenter in Syracuse.

Hosted by CNY Women’s Network, the 2026 CNY Women’s Summit is the region’s must-attend event for women ready to grow and lead. The event will take place on Friday, March 27, 2026, at The Oncenter in Syracuse.
