Girl Scouts of NYPENN Pathways (GSNYPENN) serves nearly 10,000 youth members and adult volunteers across 24 counties in New York and two in northern Pennsylvania. Their mission is simple: to build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.

Behind Every Badge Is a Girl Learning to Lead
Today's Girl Scouts are doing far more than earning badges.
Through girl-led programming, members are learning to code, exploring robotics and cybersecurity, studying financial literacy, leading community projects, and developing entrepreneurial skills.
Programs are intentionally designed to help girls build confidence and develop skills they’ll carry into adulthood.
Everything in Girl Scouts is girl-led.
Girls are encouraged to make decisions, solve problems, manage projects, and learn from both successes and setbacks. Whether they're deciding how to spend troop cookie proceeds or leading a community service initiative, Girl Scouts are gaining real-world leadership experience from an early age.
