Looking to add movement, connection, and fresh air to your weekly routine? The CNY Women’s Network invites you to be part of the 2025 season of the CNY Women’s Walking Club—a Sunday morning meetup designed for women who want to start their week with intention and community.

We’ll meet every Sunday morning from May through november, hosting three local walks at rotating locations and one hike at a scenic spot each month.

Rotating locations include Fayetteville, Liverpool, and Camillus, ny, with monthly hikes at scenic spots like Clark’s Reservation, Watkins Glen, and more.

Itinerary:
7:30–8:15 AM – Coffee Meetup at Freedom of Espresso
8:20–9:30 AM – 3-Mile Local Walk
