Elevate Summit 2026: Unapologetically You
The CNY Women’s Network is proud to sponsor Elevate Summit 2026, a three-day personal and professional development experience bringing 120 women together in Watertown, NY.
This year’s theme, Unapologetically You, is centered on trusting yourself, connecting with other women, and getting clearer about what you want next, whether that’s in your career, business, relationships, or life.
At CNY Women’s Network, bringing women together and creating space for meaningful connection is a big part of what we do. We’re excited to support an event that shares that same focus.
Elevate takes place November 6–8 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Watertown. Tickets close October 30 unless the event sells out first.

Who Is Elevate for?
Elevate is for women who want to make space for their personal and professional growth, connect with other women, and get clear on what they want next.
You might be growing a business, building your career, navigating a transition, or simply looking for some time and space to think.
You don’t need to have everything figured out or know anyone before you get there. You’ll meet women with all kinds of backgrounds, including business owners, professionals, and women exploring a new direction.
what to Expect:
Across three days, Elevate includes main-stage programming, small-group workshops, shared meals, group experiences, and plenty of time to connect with other women.
Approximately 20 speakers, workshop facilitators, and experts will bring different experiences and perspectives to the weekend. Much of Saturday takes place in breakout rooms with fewer than 30 women per workshop, so you can choose the conversations that speak to you.

the CNY Women’s Summit, Our largest annual event, returns to Downtown Syracuse on Friday, march 5, 2027, at our new location, the Marriott Syracuse Downtown.
The Summit brings together hundreds of women from across Upstate New York, representing a range of industries, backgrounds, career stages.
And in 2027, we’re making even more room for connection. Instead of watching women who inspire you speak from a stage, you’ll be sitting at the table with them. Expect more small-group conversations, guided roundtables, and, new this year, one-on-one speed mentoring with women across industries.
