​This heated power flow yoga class features a powerful, Baptiste-inspired flow that engages the whole body.

​All levels are welcome, and you're always encouraged to listen to your body and rest in Child’s Pose whenever needed.

​Stick around after class to connect and rehydrate with attendees at Glow Yoga’s juice bar.

​What to Bring:

💦 Towel
🧘‍♀️ Yoga mat – if you have one! (Rentals are available.)
